META30

Thirty days of keto meals, already planned.

For the person doing the cooking when someone they love is going through hard treatment.

You've already done the deciding. The reading, the questions, the choice.

What nobody hands you is the month itself — what to buy, what to cook, in what order, thirty times over.

Why this exists

The kitchen is the part that's yours.

Most of it isn't. The protocol, the schedule, the chemistry — you follow it, and you trust the people who chose it.

The kitchen is different. That one you run.

So you read. And what you find is plenty about why — mechanisms, ratios, studies, opinions. Supplement schedules with doses attached, and plans that promise things nobody is in a position to promise.

What's missing is the how. What to buy. What to cook. In what order, for a month.

That's the only thing META30 does.

What it is

A PDF. One file.

Inside: thirty days of menus, step-by-step instructions for everything that needs them, four weekly grocery lists in cups and pounds, and one pantry list you shop once.

Every meal has its macros counted. Net carbs stay at 25 grams a day. Protein is set by height, not by what the scale says this week (the scale moves during treatment — height doesn't).

You pick the edition that matches your height from a printed table.

30 days of menus
5 meals a day, with times
4 weekly grocery lists
1 pantry list you shop once

That's the whole product. No app, no login, no subscription.

It's home cooking. Simple home cooking.

Bread, tortillas, muffins, sauces — you make them at home. The macros in the plan are counted against these exact recipes, so the recipes come with it.

None of it needs skill. No proofing, no rising, no technique to learn. Most of the baking is mix, pour, bake. One bowl of bread dough makes sixteen servings, so you bake it about twice a month and forget about it.

What a day looks like

One day from the women’s 5′5″ edition.

Every edition has thirty of them, and the numbers are already done. Meals run from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening, with a keto coffee at seven.

What it's built on

If you've read the books.

You've probably already read some of these. Keto for Cancer by Miriam Kalamian. The Metabolic Approach to Cancer by Nasha Winters and Jess Higgins Kelley. Cancer as a Metabolic Disease by Thomas Seyfried.

They're good books (mine still have the corners folded). They explain the framework, the ratios, the reasoning. Kalamian even walks you through building a plan of your own.

Then you close the book. And it's Tuesday. And you still have to decide what goes in the pan.

META30 is that part. Thirty days of meals built inside that framework — counted, tested, written down. Not a new theory. An implementation of one that already exists.

I'm not affiliated with any of these authors. I read them, cooked from them for a year, and made the part they don't include.

Who made this

I'm Natalia.

I'm not a doctor and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

I made this because I was the one doing the cooking. Every night, for someone I love, at an hour when nothing sensible gets decided.

So I did that part properly. Counting, testing, cooking, throwing things out, counting again.

This is the thing I wanted and didn't have.

What it costs
$49$34

$49 is the price at launch. $34 is what you pay if your email is on this list.

That's the real launch price minus about 30% — not a number invented to make the discount look bigger.

One payment. One file. It's yours.

Where this is right now

Honest answer — not finished.

The month of menus is built. The recipes are written and tested. What's left is the slow part: turning it into a clean file you can print, the legal review, and the checkout.

Launching October 2026. If that date moves, you'll hear it from me before it moves, not after.

I opened the list now for one reason. When the file is ready, I want it in your hands that day — not three weeks later while I work out how to reach you.

Questions

Before you leave an address.

Is this the meal plan from Keto for Cancer?

No. That book isn't a meal plan — it's a guide to building your own. META30 is one worked example built inside the same framework, by a reader, not by the author. There's no affiliation with Miriam Kalamian or her publisher.

Do I have to cook?

Yes. Bread, tortillas and sauces are made at home, because there's nowhere to buy them. None of it needs skill, and the recipes assume you're tired.

What is the eating window?

Meals run from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening, with a keto coffee at seven. That's a 16:8 schedule. The times are a structure, not a rule — move them if they don't fit your day, and talk to the treating physician before changing when someone in treatment eats.

Does the menu work around allergies?

Not in this version. Dairy, tree nuts, egg, seeds and fish run through most days, and ghee is in the keto coffee daily. If any of those are off the table, this plan won't fit yet.

Will it help with weight loss?

No. It's built to hold weight steady rather than bring it down. If weight loss is the goal, this is the wrong plan.

What are the macros?

Net carbs at 25 grams a day. Protein set by height rather than current weight.

Is there a check before I can buy?

Yes. At launch there's a short set of questions before checkout. If the plan doesn't look right for your situation, we say so before you pay rather than after.

Is this medical advice?

No. META30 is educational nutrition content. Anything you change about how someone in treatment eats belongs in a conversation with their treating physician first.

When does it launch?

October 2026. If the date moves, you'll get an email before it does.
